So here are some pics of progress from Labor Day (Sept) of 2010 through May 2011. I put in a ton of hard work, dieting, training, and topped it off with a cycle only to unfortunately lose it due to back to back injuries that kept me out of the gym and on pain killers resulting in me starting to eat like crap etc...
Went from being 278lbs to 218lbs...
My goal is to get back to the final picture and then some. Injuries are all healed up, diet is on point, training is on point, and cycle has started!
Oh, and if you guys wouldnt mind giving me an estimate of BF% at the beginning and the end, I know you need to see legs etc, just looking for a rough estimate, thanks
