face removed for obvious reasons, i 9 point calipered at 3.7% bodyfat although i have no idea how accurate that was. I have since deicded to compete in bodybuilding, in the competition i was in i was the largest and leanest and dryest, and still only managed 4th out of 9. I have also reboudned hard from the show which was only last weekend and gained approx 25-30 pounds, but i need to gain some more before my next prep for bodybuilding. one of the pictures is a panormaic, interesting to see which competitor stands out very obviously.

Outstanding work, Bro. I would recommend a bodpod assessment to get BF % if available in your area. Especially when competing. Calipers are a mess. You're lean as hell! Without seeing the wheels i'd say closer to 7%

Any pictures of the wheels?

Whats the height, weight?

i didn't take any that night but my legs are actually the leanest part on my body, striated all over with veins sticking out like a freak..which is another reason i am going into bodybuilding..on stage i was 5'11 185 pounds

Woah. 185, I take it back. You're probably lower than 7%. Either way... Hard work is VERY obvious. Best of luck with the comp, be sure to update us.

second show..and no those guys didnt make top 3..but 3rd place looked even worse..here have a pic, he was 15 years old and 132 pounds..basically the entire reason im switching to BB
