I'm really curious how lean people will stay through this thing. I want to keep from adding any fat that is unnecessary, although I'm not going to miss out on muscle gains to save a few lbs of fat, as long as it's not overboard and you net a negative impact haha.
I hope people will keep putting unofficial pics up throughout the bulk. I know I will be asking for bf guesses again before I start eating more.
Yeah I know what your saying about adding fat it actually petrifies me as I've just cut so much but my train of thought is bulk to a decent size and hopefully shred even more fat during the cutting stage but keep a decent form
