This is me at 14st exactly. Pictures are 5 weeks back into training after being away from the gym for 5 months. I haven't took juice for about a year and a half as I developed gyno and had to have surgery (my left side, you might be able to tell from he photo's, but nobody's perfect). I complete around 20 mins of cardio every morn and train pretty hard on a 4 day a week split, I am pretty confident I can add a lot more muscle within the next 3 months as well as reducing my body fat somewhat more. Actually tell a lie I do use around 80ml of ephedrine a day so I am not entirely natural, oh and yes I know the legs need a lot of work, but I’ve only been back 5 weeks so don't be too harsh on me.
