Natural (5 weeks)
This is me at 14st exactly. Pictures are 5 weeks back into training after being away from the gym for 5 months. I haven't took juice for about a year and a half as I developed gyno and had to have surgery (my left side, you might be able to tell from he photo's, but nobody's perfect). I complete around 20 mins of cardio every morn and train pretty hard on a 4 day a week split, I am pretty confident I can add a lot more muscle within the next 3 months as well as reducing my body fat somewhat more. Actually tell a lie I do use around 80ml of ephedrine a day so I am not entirely natural, oh and yes I know the legs need a lot of work, but I’ve only been back 5 weeks so don't be too harsh on me.
Any feedback would be appreciated.

When I was on the juice i used around 6ml winstrol and 4 ml test proprianate (Viramone) combined with ephadrine stacked with caffine and asprin. Anyone else combined this, how did you get on?

Looking good dude, I have a couple of questions about that gyno if u don't mind me asking what were u taking when u developed gyno was it the proprinate and winny that caused it and at what mg each and how long did u do the cycle also did u have any anti-e's I'm kinda worried about it when i start my cycle. Other than that keep up the hard work peace.

Hey bro! I think the gyno was a result of me using juice long term and not that particular course I was taking as I beleive Winny is pretty low producing Estrogen. Ive been however the Test P I was using was prtty well associated with gyne as a side effect, I suppose the fact I NEVER used any anti E's topped it off.
Its the worse feeling in the world mate when you get it, but to be honest I beleive if your gonna get it, your gonna get it all the anti E's will do is prolong its development (so ive been told), just kep an eye out and don't use too much.
It does get quite frustrating watching some of the guys at the gym making good gains in less time and I am there as natural as the day I was born.
Anyone else got any opinions???

I think this statement says enough!!. Sorry to here that bro!! but RULE number one!! Dont ever start you cycle unless you have all your ancillaries!! NO matter what type of AS you have. NO matter what is the term of usage.

Ive had 3 opps cos of the gyne and don't plan on putting myself through anymore. If only juice had no s/effects -imagine!!!!
If anyone has any questions or queeries on the gyne I feel I am more than qualified beleive me! I would be glad to help. It is such a misunderstood subject.
