Hey, I just thought I'd get another BF% est.
I've changed the way I eat quite a bit in an effort to loose more weight, and I have.. 0.5lbs in about a month, lol :P
But as I also upped my cals, and started fasting and cutting carbs on non-training days I think I'm adding a bit of muscles as well. Tape measure says my gut is growing though, meh

Anyways, here's me at 179 lbs a month ago
