Well, through PCT you need to eat more and train less so there's every chance you'll gain more bodyfat during this time. Then, allow 6 weeks of so for you to try and consolidate muscle gains before you start cutting. An Yes I kno I was given that advice but looking at it time wise it would end my cut around June witch is shirt off time lol an I know this is wrong but I had a 8 point bf test done an it said I was at 15.8 % so I'm just gonna run with it an hope for the best .. Not be an smart ass here ..

This may sounds weird, but your back looks to be about 12% and your front looks to be about 18%, is that sound funny?

Agreed. In the original 2 pics, you look soft and smooth, close to 20%. The 2nd pic looks like a different person or a completely different time, about 5% lower. Strange!! People store fat differently though. Currently, if you only pinched me around the top 3rd and bottom 3rd, i'm around 12%. Throw my midsection in and i'm easily bumped up to 16-17%, especially my lower back/love handles.
I shouldnt talk, my back looks semi pro BB, my belly looks semi pro beer drinker................( still 12%bf though)
