    front pic looks 18-19

    and back looks 15ish

    so overall 17

    Well, through PCT you need to eat more and train less so there's every chance you'll gain more bodyfat during this time. Then, allow 6 weeks of so for you to try and consolidate muscle gains before you start cutting. Then to drops 20%+ to 10%, even with lots of cardio and a perfect diet dedication, I would say another 16-20 weeks.

    You can use clen, bare in mind it's health concerns, but using it above 12% is, IMO, because you have or do lack dedication to you goal/s.

    So, maybe about 6 months from cycle end.

    Can we see the wheels?

    He's had that advise in his diet thread too.

    I stand by about 18%, I think it would make a world if difference dropping 10lbs fat before you cycle.

    First off thanks to every one who replied ! An Yes I kno I was given that advice but looking at it time wise it would end my cut around June witch is shirt off time lol an I know this is wrong but I had a 8 point bf test done an it said I was at 15.8 % so I'm just gonna run with it an hope for the best .. Not be an smart ass here ..

    This may sounds weird, but your back looks to be about 12% and your front looks to be about 18%, is that sound funny?

    maybe the dude on the right is your more fit brother????

    Agreed. In the original 2 pics, you look soft and smooth, close to 20%. The 2nd pic looks like a different person or a completely different time, about 5% lower. Strange!! People store fat differently though. Currently, if you only pinched me around the top 3rd and bottom 3rd, i'm around 12%. Throw my midsection in and i'm easily bumped up to 16-17%, especially my lower back/love handles.

    It really sucks. Even when I was relatively lean (avy), I still had love handles. The OP is quite a bit fatter than my avy in his pics (no offense), yet has almost no love handles at all in his rear double bi. Grrr. Likely also a young dude though.

    yep, lol we all hold it a lil different. damn genetics!!!! we could all sit in the mirror and point out a million flaws, but always we are our own worst critic and pick up on those things and magnify them very easily. (thats my problem)

    2ed pic is by far improved in my opinion i think 2ed pic is under 15
