Lean mass
Well folks i only have just been in the gym for the last 2 months. I had been living in a little country town of 150 for the past 10 months, and had no gym there i made use of p90x while i was there.
This is my summer progress so far just going for a lean mass look, last year i was alot more cut up since i reduced alot of carbs from my diet, this time round i have incorporated more carbs. I will get better pic quality and leg shots(they still need alot of work), when time goes on. Currently running 625mg sus and 200mg tren e. I was doing clen 2 on 2 off i had to get off the sides were too much for me.

It was a huge commitment, unfortunately i wish to say no comment on my part.
It was a huge discussion between u and a phew others before i made the commitment to cruise, seems favorable now it seems.
HA lets see if i can dig that up in the archives.
When i get the chance ill do the legs mate, as u can see im in no hurry as they are shameful. Yes more deadlifts for the lats and wide pull ups for me. Ill get there no rush
Also t-gunz does not condone what i do, just saying lolLast edited by boz; 01-02-2013 at 03:45 AM.

Since i do not compete my diet has not been impeccable, i guess im one of the lucky ones, i can splurge here and there cause i know my body better than anyone else and it will strip right off again, ESPICALLY if im running tren .
Meal 1 - 1 scoop of whey. Bowl of oats with a banana or mixture of tin fruits. 4 whole eggs.
Meal 2 - 185g of tuna. 2 tablespoons of low fat mayonnaise. Vegetables usually broccoli
Meal 3 - 425g baked beans, bowl of low fat greek youghurt. 1 scoop of whey. Pre work-out JACK3D.
Workout 45 - 60 mins. Depends on the muscle. (I drink at least a 1.5L of water during this workout)
Total during the day i can drink up to 3L of water.
Post workout - A fruit or lollies to spike my insulin . 2 scoops of whey.
Meal 4 - 300g chicken breast or a big fat t-bone steak. Vegetables on the side.
Meal 5 - 250 g of cottage cheese and a scoop of casein before bed.
Bed.
No idea about macros, one day when im bothered i will do my maths, all i know is this is working for me.
Also i have always had abs at a young age, i was gifted in that department, thanks for the appreciation.
Just scored myself a sweet job less time on my hands now, i will cruise for the time being, and i may do a heavy mass for winter. Contemplating as we speak.
