    Progress

    Bring it on boys. I'm ready for the truth! I know I still need plenty of work and am still training like its my last day on earth but wanted to share my progress this far!

    First photo was a few years ago at 245 and fat as hell!! Dropped my weight to182 bf@14% then cycled for up to 215 not sure in bf prob around 16% now done with pct and back down to 195 (second photo) pls add your thoughts on BF also guys! Thanks in advance.

    Good job buddy! Youre still carrying about 18%, but wow what a difference from 30%+! Looking good!

    Thanks Mickey. I'm super focused on getting the BF down to around 11-14% I've added a day of strictly running to my routine. My diet is 60p/30c/10f I'm thinking I might even drop the carbs a bit except for leg and back day.

    Good job. Been there done that. Went from 210 lbs afterany years of not working out due to excuses down to 170 lbs and worked back up to semi solid 185 lbs.

    Great work! Started off similar to you... 5'11 255lbs, 30% + bodyfat. Fat as fvck, lazy as hell.

    You probably didn't need any AAS at this point, would be a lot more useful down the road IMO, but what's done is done. Just keep training and progressing!

    Thanks! My goal is to be closer to 205-210 @14%bf.. It seems to be much harder to lean out then go from fat to fit. Ill get there regardless. I've cut out cheat days for the last few weeks and probably will continue to until I get closer to my goal. I appreciate the kind words!

    Truer words have never been spoken. Going from 20+ BF down to say 15% is a cake walk IMO (I used to think it was hard of course). Going from 15% to say 10% is a whole other animal.
