    Here is a current pic of my blow up muscles

    Here is my progress over a year......The first pic I was 218ish and now I am 245 still on cycle (3 months in)

    Very solid, would u say you prefer powerlifting lifestyle than opposed the bodybuilding look? IMO u look like a powerlifter.

    Current cycle....
    1000mg sustanon per for 20 weeks
    600mg deca per week for 18 weeks - might bump it up to 800 for the home stretch
    I did dbol at 50 mgs for the first 5 weeks....
    I will do dbol at 50mgs starting next week to finish off this cycle...and use it at a low dosage(25mgs) with s4 between cycles.

    You know boz I never thought about it.....I just lift real ****ing heavy weights and I hope I get big lol...

    Like a goal I have is curl 225lbs just on an olympic bar......I can rep 155lbs for 5....I just go big and stay around 4-6 reps...

    ahah fair call, but to get that big alot of that is done outside of the job which we all know here.

    You must be eating anything and everything, which is why i said u could be a power lifter since thats basically there diet

    Just curious what you used for an ai while doing this - aromasin? and dosages? Also, with 600 a week Deca, were you taking caber or prami and dosages?

    Straight bar is DEATH on the joints......IMHO

    Straight Bar = Strenght

    Dumbbells = Size

    You already have the strenght and SIZE

    Protect those JOINTS
