Bf% estimate help!!
Hey everyone!!
Haven't been in here in forever on account of college, was needing some help on what y'all might think my BF% might be..trynna build lean mass, been eating healthy fish, chicken, turkey, brown rice, oatmeal, whey etc..but was needing help gonna cut down try to get the whole six pack routine haha also need help with making macros?
Stats:
Age-19
6'1
Bf-got done at the college on a electrode tanita scale said 12%

agree with iron... i reread and saw the cutting talk...your first statement makes more sense imo too ..about adding lbm

bf could be lower than 12 imo due to age possibly 10% just a thought

Thanks guys appreciate the feedback thats what I'm currently doing right now is just lifting my but off everyday Monday-Saturday... Tuesday and Thursday is my fasting workout I'm the morning with coffee as preworkout i know aint really fastig because still consuming but its working so ya haha that's the day I don't have classes, but was wanting to get down lower bf so I can see my abs better I can barley see them, i guess you could say I'm doing clean bulk lol
Heres a pic of the wheels still trying to get them big... Only take one supp and that whey isolate on days I train the hardest and the pic on the right is what I se to weigh at around 245 during my senior Highschool about year ago, I weigh 168 now...

Looks like you have damn solid base. 12<% sounds right
Lift heavy and eat a ton(of hopefully clean food).

legs look good. congrats on the change of life! from all i've read in the diet section you need to eat and eat alot. you should read the thread about your tdee and what your cal. intake should be. i don't think fasting should be part of a bulking diet

Nope. You can have a very nice 6 pack at 12%. You simply need to work them harder and eat properly.
Good job on your weight reduction! Thats incredible man. Get you diet squared away properly and put some mass on your skinny frame. At your age, you should grow like a weed if you eat right.
