Help with BF% too and meal plan suggestionsfor absPLEASE

Hello all. I am 41 years old and have been working out hard for 11 months. I was told abs are made in the kitchen. Im eating clean and work out approx 6 days a week combination weights and cardio. My goal is to have abs by June 20 for my 42 bday. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Attached is a picture I apologize for black and white second photo was before I started. It looks like you are pretty damn close to your goal.

Have you posted your training schedule and diet in their sections for review?

Ah yes, the Kings new underpants

BF easier to guesstimate if you were stood up straight. Could be between 12-16% as those pics look.

I'm assuming you have a prior workout history? It'd be hard to believe you've reached that level of muscular development in 11 months... especially at 41.

41, shit - gives me something to look forward to, looking better than me.

I say about 13-14% - Damn good, especially for 41.

I do have a work out background but hadnt worked out since my early to mid twenties. April last year I had enough of being overweight. I was 215 pounds. I am 5'8. and had a 39 inch waist. I kicked started by isagenix diet then started combination of weight training in the morning and running in the evening. I work in an isolated area with a great gym (not prison) Mid november I met a fellow that said is should try a test/tri tren cycle. I did and I am finished now. I had to stop the tren as it was screwing with both my head and my lebido.\

The good news is I weigh 191lbs and have a 32.5 inch waist. I still have a layer of fat I am trying to get rid of at mid section.

Now my program consists of 20 mns cardio and 45 minutes weight training approx 6 days a week. Im going to figure out my breakdown of diet protein/carbs/fat per day and post to ask for suggestions

    Thanks again
