    gut to abs

    HAHA... i dont have the before and after pics for this... but i was curious to see if anyone could show me a very drastic transformation of a sloppy stomach to nice abs...
    HELP ME BELIEVE I CAN ONE DAY HAVE ABS IF I TRAIN RIGHT
