Opinions on bodyfat % please

I just wanted opinions on what my bodyfat may be from the pics I post. I am going to my doc to have it done there but I am in the military and away for training. Since November I have gone from 253 down to 219. According to army measurements I am at 20% But they obtain their measurements through measuring neck and waist size. But wanted to get you guys opinions if you don't mind. I would like to get down so I can start a cycle of Test E. Now I can take constructive criticism but lets not be rude about it either,lol. Thanks guys

I think 20% is pretty close. Just keep at it man... lift with intensity and do your cardio, get over to the nutrition forum and get your diet sorted if you haven't already done so. :)

20+%. Probably closer to 23-24%. Good job on your diet bro! Keep up the good work, its paying off in spades!

I must be missing something i dont see 20% at all im guessing in the high 20's 26-29%

ironman1982 in my post I stated that the 20% was from army measurements and I know thats not accurate that is why I was asking for OPINIONS.

i was thinking 23-24 as well
