Should I bulk or cut and whats my bf%
Ok I'm 26 6'0 196lbs. I'm not on any gear. I think I'm around 16% but not sure. I put on about 20 pounds last year when I started weight lifting. I attribute most of that to newb gains bc my diet wasn't that great, all I did was start eating a lot more. Lately I've been eating close to 3000 calories and haven't really put on any weight. I was just wondering if I should bulk or cut and what my bf% is. The first 2 pics are just during the day and the last 2 are after a workout so I'm a little pumped up.

Oh I don't plan on getting on any gear for a long time. I was just stating that I wasn't on any. I asked on this forum bc people here seem to be more knowledgeable about weightlifting than other sites. Also, according to some online calculators my TDEE is between 2400 and 2700. I have a pretty sedentary lifestyle other than lifting 4x a week. Does this sound about right? Just wondering what calories I should cut with bc I don't want to become skin and bones again like I was.

Agree 100% with Tron... you should definitely cut. I know cutting sucks, and yes you're going to look small - but when all is said and done, you'll be able to build from the ground up... starting with a 'blank canvas' so to speak. Trust me, I speak from experience - I wasted years trying to add muscle while my bodyfat was already too high, I was fighting myself every step of the way and in the end, I pretty much wound up looking the same.
If you buckle down, really get your diet and training in check, and stick to it 100%, you can get your BF down dramatically within 12-16 weeks. IMO with summer around the corner, this is the only way to go.

Sounds good. Thanks for the help guys. I'm thinking about going on a lean cut then of about 2200 calories. I think thats about right according to the TDEE calculators.
