Winstrol: 6-12 (50mg ED) (100mg last week ED)
Anavar: 8-12 (50mg ED)

Wanted to know what everyone thought, and maybe some muscle groups you guys think I could work on more?

Good job.

Middle section of the back as well as lower back could use more work from what I see in those pictures. Seated rowing, barbell rowing and hyper-extention exercises are a must for the development of that area.

Same goes for upper chest. I would start my chest routine with incline press exercises in order to take care of this.

I would work a bit more on nutrition (as every single of us here could and should) if you want an ever harder & more ripped look next time.

Also, I am not sure how much Winstrol helped with your recomp since BF% was probably two digits before week 6. Maybe next time Test Prop weeks 1-12 and a higher dose of Anavar (80mg) weeks 6-12 can be tried.

Forget about EQ, as it is by far the most useless compound in the AAS family, not to mention it wasn't even intended for human use in the first place.

Masteron has a very similar nature to that of Winstrol when it comes to being useful, regarding its use for cutting purposes: it requires single digit BF%, preferably 8% or less to deliver the desired results; hard & cut look. Masteron can also be very hard on your prostate as well as contributing to hair loss. Pharm grade Masteron also happens to be very expensive compound.

Anavar, on the other hand, is a much more useful compound for those who have higher BF% to begin with, regarding fat loss. You can still use Anavar at a higher % of BF and cut while cycling it. Still easier both on the liver and hairline compared to Winstrol and doesn't too often lead to PSA issues as Masteron does. Let's just hope that 80mg a day won't give you unbearable back-pumps, as it happens to some users.
