I just started my first cycle two weeks ago.
This is my before pic, I'll put up an after pic when I'm finished.
I'm wanting some strength gains and hopefully loose some fat with increase muscle.

What kinda of cycle? Hope its not a bulker........You get any thicker and your gonna need to apply for statehood...

You cut up what you already have, and you will be a MONSTER for sure...

Is all that mass natural? or did Maw Nature have alittle help?

What does your cycle look like?

I know you didn't come here for cycle advice - but personally I think your bodyfat is way too high currently. The higher your bodyfat, the higher your risk of developing sides becomes. There's plenty of LBM under there, no doubt about it. I just think you'd probably see better results if you were to cut naturally first, see what you're working with, then cycle (if need be) to improve from that point.

Either way, I wish you luck, please keep us posted.

The pic is before my first cycle, so everything was all natural up until two weeks ago.
I already posted my first cycle. Not recommended for a beginner and I don't want to get beat up over it! LOL
I do appreciate all of the advice and help though.

Where? And how old are you?

Not looking to beat anybody up. I was just offering my .02 - but like I said, I know you didn't post in this forum for cycle critique.

Ill be 44 next month, I live in the Cleveland area if that is what you meant by 'where'. I do not compete (bodybuilding or power-lifting), never did, never will. I workout as power-lifter though. I started this cycle because I lift heavy and this has been getting harder over the last year or two.

I am 6'1" started at 298lb and am currently 312lb. My Bench is currently at 645 RAW (touch n go, not a competition lift), close-grip bench at 505, miltary press at 345, squat around 750lb (I need to improve this). Although I am happy with what I have achieved, age is creeping up and I cannot go heavy as often as I use too. Since I am on the gear I want to try to bench 700 (hopefully this cycle if not then definitely the next). Plus I would love to squat 900, but I am not too sure about this.

I am new to this and appreciate all the advice (I have read about the AI's, bodyfat, etc...) but if I was playing it safe I wouldn't be using the gear at all, in fact I wouldn't be lifting heavy at all (it takes a toll on the body). But the all advice is welcomed, so I can try to be as 'safe' as possible.

I'll keep my numbers posted hear and a few more pics through out the next 12 weeks or so.

I agree with Brice. I would have leaned out a bit before beginning this cycle. You're no small guy, that's for sure. But you stand to lose some BF first by dialing in your kitchen time.

Your big and very strong....but its time to start acting your age my friend, lifting that heavy and wanting to lift more at your age IMO is begging for some kind of injury, also at your age to cycle over 15%BF is unhealthy as ****, If your not making money by being that strong, then u need to start being concerned with your long term health.
That being said your a ****ing beast....I hope your heart can take it brother, GOOD LUCK!

Mate I am 57. I lot smaller than you 5'7" and 95kg, but I am 57 and still wish to compete. My mate in Aus is 64 and open mens champion, 65kg weight div. First lifted 72 Olympics. and other friends both mid 60's former world champions and still lifting heavy.

Go for it, just warm up a lot! stretch and give it all you have. As my doctor told me, you were on a path of self destruction until you found this. You love it! Why stop? As you age you sinews get stronger, sure the knees hurt a bit, use wraps.

You are lifting some great numbers and you are still young! Kind Regards, John
