I had before pics but I hated looking at them cause I looked like shit lol .. no abs and no definition... Result of being lazy and working to much.
Supplements I just take eca and creatine. Use whey sometimes, but mostly just rely on food and not supplements. I usually do 40 min cardio after training. Train 4 on 1 off. Might do fasted cardio on my day off if I'm feeling it.

I was 192 at the start probably 18%. Same weight now and according to mickey around 11%, so maintained same weight and dropped some fat, which is ideal.
1 week left on a test/tren cycle.
Ill see if I can find some before pics, I think I got rid of most of them

Thanks guys. Been 7 weeks of cut and dry same food day in day out. Go out with buddy's to watch hockey and order a water while everyone is choking down burgers and beer...
Thing that urks me though few friends caught wind I was running a cycle and pretty much discredit any hard work.. Like I can take aas and sit on my ass and eat chips.
**** em though, I work out for myself and no one else

I hate that more than anything else! It drives me nutso.
This is why i keep TRT and cycling to myself. Ive let it out to a couple of people and they raz me about it. But honestly, sometimes i'd like to wring their necks because as you said, they think that all you have to do is stick yourself with a needle and presto! You're big and muscular. I wish it were that easy..

11-12% looks about right. You actually look leaner in the first pic than the one with the red boxes, but that could just be the lighting. Either way, great job and huge difference from the before pic!

Thats huge to drop that much bf and stay the same weight.. good dang job!!!

.75mg tren a and .125mg test e, eod.
Ran a 500 cal deficit at the start, played around with it along the way eating more some days, eating less others. Had cheat days where I didn't even log what I ate for the day, mcdonalds cheese cake...whatever I could get my hands on.(only a few of these days over the past 8 weeks)
Was doing fasted cardio 2-3x a week, and then 40min cardio after training everyday. Tren didn't bother my cardio, I see people saying it does but I didn't notice a diff. Usually did 40 mins on the stepper as my cardio. ALWAYS drank 5 litres of water a day, no matter what...always pissin.
Have been using ECA since the start, 3x a day.1 scoop of whey a day in my post workout, that's about it for supplements.. Ate a lot of chicken, eggs, fish, ground beef and lentils for my protein..carbs were oatmeal and quinoa, that's it ,, was pretty boring but I got creative with stuff. Did fasting a few times, not eating for 18 hours, then blast some morning cardio/weights. I wasn't 100% diligent in keeping track of my macros, you get used to eating the same shit everyday for weeks and it becomes pretty natural to know when you've eaten enough for the day..
Was my first cycle, probably wont do another one for a while, if and when I do, I'd probably do the same cycle again with the same doses. Kept most of my food around breakfast/post workout, and then tapered it off towards the end of the day. If I was hungry before bed, I'd eat something.
That's about it, I didn't do anything "spectacular" was just consistant, and it paid off.

I haven't had a sip of pop, 1 potato chip, or any chocolate or candy in almost 8 weeks...and I don't even have the urge to have any! Its awesome.
Also ate a lot of vegetables, romaine, kale, spinach, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflowe r,green beans..had a serving of veg with everyday meal.
Anyone can do it! Just gotta be persistant and really want it

Awesome stuff man. . . . . No preaching of no tren on 1st cycle here.
I have my fingers crossed to be able to pull my Bf% that low and my diet is strict as shit.
Wish you had the before pics up.

did you keep your cals in a deficit for the majority of the time? I mean I know you didnt log everything to be as accurate within 100 cals like some of us do.
Im just comeing up on my test p tren A cycle and hoping to get your results.
I am 12-13% right now but I did not want to drop scale weight ( 190Lbs) so cutting is scary to me.
So I am just amazed you maintained your weight, it pretty much goes against what every one says " cant add muscle and drop fat" but you did.
lol the funny part is you dont seem to have a great detailed method like most would in order to achieve your results ( not bashing you, im actually jealous bro) besides eating clean foods and cardio. Ive never done the AM fasted cardio but I believe i will give it a whirl
hence why Im trying to get all your info haha...
if i could hold my wight within 5lbs and drop 3-4% bf, I would be the happiest dude in the world!!

great work cj! Now row, row heavier than ever

Awesome work!! What is your age, if you don't mind my asking?
I'm about to start a Test-P Tren -A cycle at probably 15% or more. Dieting like crazy but can't seem to get much leaner, and I get SO tired if I cut carbs too much. I hope the cycle helps.

A guy I know orders all the powder and just makes his own. Was fairly cheap to.
As far as a deficit goes, 500 in and around there. Except the days I ate cheese cake or McDonald's, then I just didn't give a shit lol. I had one day where I packed in 4500 cals it was awesome.
When I did do most of my cheats, it was post workout. Or after a day of fasting or something... I tried not to do the same thing day in day out cause it gets to boring... I think people complicate dieting to much and then get frustrated when the scale doesn't start tipping in the right direction.
The best meal I had in last 8 weeks was two Big Macs, 4 pies, large coke large fry! Right after leg day... It brought a tear to my eye

Oh ya to answer your question, majority of time was in a deficit.
If I accidentally ate maintenance or slightly over who cares, after training and cardio you're still on the realms of losing weight.
