    Excellent job, bro!

What was your cycle (steroids , doses, lenght of time) and calorie level?

What are your stats before and after?

Thank you bro... you are pretty big yourself. That is what I need now... SIZE!!

    fast -
What the? I'm not sure what you mean...

    bask -
Thanks! I have been a lurker here for a bit which obviously means that I am interested in AAS; however I have no cycle history. I didn't count calories during bulk except in my head; they were ~4000/day with one "cheat" meal (usually a chicken parm hero or a cheeseburger) per day. The fat crept on slowly, but I was able to lose it in the past few weeks during which I have kept my cals a little below my BMR. I am nowhere near shredded though, and I'm still working on that for now...

Edit: I recall weighing about 175 then. I am 162 now. Not sure of the bf%, possibly 9%?

Dude that is awesome. What a transformation. What I want to know is what did you do to look like that.
What was your Workout routine, Diet, supp, etc.

    Thanks

I started out with a free consultation with a trainer at my gym. He basically told me to do 15, 12, 10 reps of 3 sets so that's what I did for quite a while (hence why the first 4 month pic looks so bad.) Then I started reading Elite and picked up 5x5, and did that for about 4 months also, but this time I varied the order of the excersizes once a month. For the last few months I have been doing 8-12 reps on smaller body parts and 6-10 on larger ones. I have also kept a training journal since I started 5x5 and found that when I stopped keeping track my progress fell off. I now make it a point to remember everything I did in the gym and write it down as soon as I get home. I also write down everything I eat (honestly) and total up my calories, though I'm not sure if I'm going to do that for a bulk.

    Pump -
Yes I squat almost every week. It is really one of my favorite excersizes. I only have a webcam at my disposal so it is hard to take good pics, but I will get one.

I have other problem areas. I totally neglect traps and neck and have been having serious problems with my shoulders and lats. Whatever I do I can't get those two muscle groups sore and it is really bothering me. I have gone up in weight slighly on my lats but not at all on my shoulders. I am still trying out different things. I also started morning cardio today in yet another effort to get rid of the fat around my midsection.

Mike, Teddy, Tatty, Cdog, Bigswoll -
    Thanks!!!!!

I also always make it a point to get at least 200g of protein a day, bulking or leaning. I haven't used weight gainers (MRP's) but I do use powder from proteinfactory once a day.

Remember the 'Rudolph, the Red Nosed Reindeer' Xmas special. The one with the Bumble, and Yukon Cornelious. The Island of Misfit toys was the place where all the unwanted toys went. There was a 'Harvey-in-the-box' instead of Jack, a bird that didn't fly...it swam, a spotted elephant, and a train that had square wheels on its caboose. That was one of my favorites.

    Hey guys -
Thanks for the replies. Second pic is not airbrushed but they were taken in different places (home, and school). I had some scars from laser I did right as I started working out... it was partly what got me motivated to get into it. One more thing: don't forget that I am not 17 but 19.

    Dragon -
While I may have some genetics for putting on mass (with a serious diet and proper training and sleep) it is much harder for me to stay cut up than many of my friends. For example, I was 195 in high school with not a lb of muscle on me. Also, while the role of genetics in mass potential/staying cut is debatable (after all, don't forget that the popular "body type" caterogies were just made up by a psychology professor), the part that has been determed to have the most to do with genetics is not on my side: the shape of my muscles. So don't be too jealous.

I did a high protein, low carb diet for 4 weeks, then went to a high protein, high fat, <20g carb (keto) diet for 2 weeks. I used flax throughout, and my caloric intake was BMR*10 on days that I work out and BMR*7 on days that I don't. For now, I am keeping the calories low still but I am adding in some carbs post workout.

My results are certainly nothing spectacular but I am trying my best to get shredded... and even if I fail, hopefully I will end up learning more about my particular physiology.

Unfortunately I think I am still holding too much fat to get rid of the water, since my body has not been responding to the over-the-counter water pills I have been taking.
