Im a new member to the board. Natural lifter for about 3 years now, had a hernia surgery last winter so I really got out of shape. Currently trying to bulk some while cutting for the beach, I know this is near impossible but I'm giving it a go. I take in around 200-250 gm's protein a day, 100-150 carbs, 4000mg vitamin c, 400 mg vitamin e, amino's, and mega dose multi minerals...currently not using any prohormones nor ever used any...just ordered some creatine. here are a few pics of me now and as i progress ill try and update.
