About 20%

At about 10% bf you would be a solid 185, also your not getting any younger so I say **** it go ahead with the 500cyp ew, just do your research and get a pct, and AI.

Hey Nicky, its always hard to tell for sure, I dont think you could be more than 18% at most, maybe lower.
Have tried using this? These are supposed to be accurate, but I think it'd give you a decent ball park figure to work from:

You can use this link to gauge your BF level effectively:
http://www.builtlean.com/2012/09/24/...age-men-women/
Also search up "Beginners Cycles" by Mickey Knox. It tells you exactly what you need for a proper and safe cycle.
Read up. Glad to have ya.

I would never say too old to cycle. Maybe not well enough! My first cycle was age 50, now at 57 just follow blast and cruise, what the hell, I feel good, The doctors say all is well, and as I am supposed to be unable to train since age 50 due to spinal injuries! I just dead lifted 270 kgs. Have trained through two operations and one severely compounded fractured leg.
Ok I do not have the Cardio fitness I used to have but I am stronger and have healed a lot faster than doctors expected, and yes they all know what I use. Good luck, John
