I don't get crazy muscle growth. For one, I mainly train for strength. If all goes to plan ill compete at 198lb for nationals and total over 1600. Im around 210 right now at 10%. If I can stay around 210 and drop to 7-8% ill still be able to cut water for the 24hr weigh in. But if I happen to add more muscle, so be it. I want to grow either way. I WILL deadlift 700lbs.
I'm at 232 bout 13-15% right now. I'm trying to get to 250 (eventually) and about the same composition then cut down to 6-7% and do a show by this time next yearQuote:

Seems like u got the genetics for it. Highest I hit on cycle was 222. But once I dropped the dbol about 5lbs just rolled off. Then I found out about my girl pregnant, didn't eat for a week. Stressed out, not sleeping. Lost another 5lbs. Then started my cruise and added cardio. Down a few more.
