Ailey Martin is not your stereotypical self-absorbed competitor. She’s a very sweet and caring person who is gaining momentum as an NPC bikini competitor. Kathy and I are very proud of her. She's as pretty on the inside as she is on the outside!

Q: Where are you from?
A: I was born in the city of Providence in the itsy bitsy state of Rhode Island! I lived there for most of childhood, before moving to beautiful south Florida, then to South Carolina, and now I'm loving life here in Atlanta, GA.
Q: Describe your journey to becoming a NPC bikini competitor...
A:I was working as a Personal Trainer for a Gold's Gym in South Carolina, where almost the whole training staff competed in NPC shows. So I was fully surrounded by the lifestyle! I was introduced to the idea of competing by an incredibly inspirational couple, Ronnie and Kathy Rowland, who are both competitive bodybuilders, and trainers at that gym. I was so fascinated by their food plans, workouts, supplement regimens, and EXTREME dedication! They were just so passionate about their shows and their lifestyle, it was incredibly inspirational. They told me that I would love the experience of competing, and that I should do a show! I had NO idea what to do to prepare, but they taught me so so much, and guided me through everything I needed to know. I competed in my first show, and I placed 2nd! I was shocked lol... but I was also hooked!
