Thank you all 4 the replies. This shit hard to keep up, I still do cardio and 1-2 days a week are fasted cardio.
When I get this low in fat% it gets much harder than when I'm close to 20%.
I'm still not cutting hard, I want to gain a few pounds of LBM while trimming down. But, I think without juice that is damn near impossible.
How much cardio and what type have you been doing?

As far as the wieght quetion goes, curious how tall you are. Always hard to make comparisons without the hieght deal.
I'm right under 5'10" shooting for 215-225 @ the same BF%.
My cardio is always low impact, typically treadmill set at a 12 degree incline at 2.7 mph for a minimum of 30 minutes post workout.
Or, fasted fast paced 3 mile walk.
