    End of bulk

    Hey there mates! As title says, i think its time to end my bulk since summers around the corner. Im not very happy with the results to be honest. I hope next offseason will be better and stick to a more strict diet. Its cutting from now on or lean bulking.

    Same dates

    What do you guys think? This will be my first cutting season. I have never cut before since i didnt usually put much fat on me but now i wanna go down to 7-8% b.f (dont know how much % body fat i have if i had to take a guess i would say 10-12%?) what are some tips for cutting without losing much muscle mass? I know diet is everything but it would be nice to get some advice from you guys.

    What are your stats? I would say your a lot higher bf then 12. More 15-17%. Work out your tdee. Minus 500 cals. 50 30 20 split.

    I dont think im over 17. From 10-15 could be. Im gonna get it measured. What do you think of HIIT?

    I would say 16%. Hiit is great for cutting fat. I've started myself and have made good progress and only a couple weeks into my cut.

    Yeah thats what i heard. I wanna know more about it. It sucks to be 16% -.- if i knew my bodyfat was so high i would had cut already.
