Can it be?
I think I'm at a lower Bf% then ever before. I can't really say what it is, I say 13-14%. But, I had myself done way back in the day and I was at 13.5% and 163 ponds. I had no 6 pack or anything even close.
Used the same digital calipers I have been, they said 12 flat. When I started they said 22%.

No cardio, well almost no cardio. I am down to about 1-2 15-20 minute post workout sessions. From what I see so far, the extensive cardio does create some muscle loss. So, now I focus more on weight lifting than cardio.
No BS, it feels like a costume at times. I'm like WTF, where did my fat go.

Nice work man. Do you have a before pic at 22%? How long did it take you to go from 22 to where you are now? if I get my midsection under control you and I would look quite similar build wise.

I lost my weight very fast, I logged all my crap on here. It was a hell of a ride, but at least it served a purpose. I got way too big way too fast. . . But, I lost everything pretty quick(about 4 months).Last edited by < <Samson> >; 05-24-2013 at 06:48 PM.
