I would do a strict quick cut then lean bulk. I got from around 15-17% to 12-13 in 3 weeks. Went from 85kg to 77. Lean bulking now

It's always best to cut to below what ur bf goal is. Say if ur comfortable at 15% then you need to cut to 10-12%, then bulk. Even with lean bulk you will gain some fat. And you can go directly from a cut to a bulk without eating maintenance for several weeks to get ur body used to the newly acquired muscle tissue.

I made a thread not long back. Basically just 50g oats for breakfast, before and after training only. Then around 250g protein and 50g fat. And I done hiit cardio on a exercise bike for 15 mins. 3 times a week. 3 min warm up then peddle hard for 20 secs on every minute. Hope that helps.

Couldn't seem to find your thread. although it sounds pretty good, i guess ill drop my carbs even more, increase protein and keep fats the same. ill try out the hiit cardio too after my workouts.
did you find you lost muscle during the three weeks? dropping down to around 77 at our height didnt you feel really skinny and lanky lol
