Here it is, I wanted to do this for quite some time and just didn't get a chance till now.

I couldn't have done this much without this board and other online support. Local help on this for me does not exist.

I think I can see a difference. Steroids really do work. LoL

It has been exactly 15 months total since I started juicing and focusing on lifting. Kind of interested on what I will look like in another 15.

For sure, I completely agree. . . . I had a method to my madness, but I went a little too far in the beginning. I gained 60 pounds on my 1st cycle. Out of the 60 about 15 was real meat. It grew me for sure though, then I took a break. . . Waited then got back into the sauce hard.

The I know the massive results came from the massive sauce. I was pushing close to a g of Tren Ace for over 2 weeks. . . Now that I have been off for a over 3-4 days I really notice how bad it messed with my head. Still worth it though lol

Just leaving my mom's. . . . I don't see her too much, so it's a been a bit. She's like WTF are doing or eating? How are you so big.

I didn't really have much to answer with. She doesn't know about much that I have done in the last few decades.

Compliments are always good, thx yall.

Really though, this is a good start for sure. But, I have bigger plans. As of right now, I see myself as being half way there.

I got cycles on hand ready to go. . . This takes time for sure. As before, my goal is to be a solid 220+ within the next two years. I have right at 20 pounds of LBM left to go. . . 20 pounds sure does not sound like much, until you understand how this really works. As I gain each quarter pound of true LBM, the next one is even harder and so on.

But, from this I know what it takes at least. Quality diet, quality workouts, consistency and quite a bit of sauce < Can't say it applies to everyone, but I do know that it does apply to me.

Depending how much discipline I could hold within myself, I might try to compete next year. Maybe, just maybe. . . . . Dunno know yet.

As dry as I get, 1,500 cals and a gallon and half of water working in 110 degree weather for 6+ hours after a very heavy leg lifting session at the gym.

Comming in @ 197 pounds flat

Good job man, inspiration for other porkers trying to lean out.
Did you start cutting before starting your second cycle? If so, what did you cut down too?
I know you mentioned doing a not-so-healthy amount of Tren on your 2nd cycle did you stack it with anything else?
What did you take for your first cycle?

Look up my threads, I logged everything on here. Everything from first cycle all the way to my current PCT.

It's been a hell of a year and a half
