Good job man! Yes your def going to look jacked keep cutting. Your in a great position where u can cut like crazy and even afford to loose a lil lbm... I am smaller so cutting from 190 leaves me lookin like a turd. Where you shouldn't have that problem. Also being on that higher end bf you prolly won't start loosing much lbm until you start getting in the mid teens. Also at that point you could prolly bring in some test as Samson said.
I've been there too, samson is right I might put you a little higher, but can't see all of you. The nice thing is the fat can come off pretty quick when you have a nice base of muscle. And of course you'll end up looking much more muscular after a cut if you do your best to preserve lbm.
you need to drop @ least 30 lbs man you carrying a ton of bf in your midsection and I would estimate you to be @ 25 to 30% bf

This was me at around 200 a few years back.. Hasimotos has ****ed me with weight gain and now I think my meds r right so hopefully I can get back down.. I'm about 2200 cals a day, in the gym 5-6 times a week...Quote:
