    My bf estimate

    Lost around 10 pounds.. 5'10 225, 28 yrs old.

    You resemble me quite a bit @ my fattest. More like 26%+

    Still got muscle underneath it all though.

    It's just fat, I rather have plenty of fat and muscle than not.

    Run a clean cut, then jump on test and cut even more. . . . The test worked very well when I got into a very low calorie deficit. It gave me muscle retention, I lost damn near no LBM while only taking down a about 1,200 calories per day.

    Good job man! Yes your def going to look jacked keep cutting. Your in a great position where u can cut like crazy and even afford to loose a lil lbm... I am smaller so cutting from 190 leaves me lookin like a turd. Where you shouldn't have that problem. Also being on that higher end bf you prolly won't start loosing much lbm until you start getting in the mid teens. Also at that point you could prolly bring in some test as Samson said.

    I've been there too, samson is right I might put you a little higher, but can't see all of you. The nice thing is the fat can come off pretty quick when you have a nice base of muscle. And of course you'll end up looking much more muscular after a cut if you do your best to preserve lbm.

    you need to drop @ least 30 lbs man you carrying a ton of bf in your midsection and I would estimate you to be @ 25 to 30% bf

    Yea my goal is to get below 200 before I do any bulking

    I was similar to you about 3 years ago and was up to almost 215 with quite a bit in my mid but overall very muscular just like how you look. If you cut down to 200 you will look like a monster and as mentioned can be done without sacrificing too much lbm.

    I'd say 25% -27%. Very thick though. You look like you could be a monster!

    This was me at around 200 a few years back.. Hasimotos has ****ed me with weight gain and now I think my meds r right so hopefully I can get back down.. I'm about 2200 cals a day, in the gym 5-6 times a week...

    If you are currently 25% bf that means at 225lbs you are carrying about 56lbs of fat. If you were to cut down to 200 and lose 25lbs of straight fat this would put you around 15.5% body fat. To me you look a leaner than 15% in that picture of you from a few years back. Did you lose a few pounds of muscle since then? Either that or you have extremely thick ab muscles that show at 15%
