Below is a pic from today. Still working on diet. Going to do a 12 week cycle of test e stacked with 4 week dbol at beginning of cycle.
Started lifting 8 months ago dropped from 115 kg and stuck around 85 kg mark trying to get some mass. Work on every muscle group once a week 5-6 days a week.
41 years of age. You guys think I am ready or give it another year of lifting??
