HI GUYS ! i need a big help
Hello everyone, i need some advice from you guys.
A little story of me, i have 21 years old, i was very fat, 110 kg at 16 years, now i have 85 and i dont know what to do to lose another 5 kg, 2 months ago i was at 80 kg but i dont know what i do and now i have again 85, everything i do, how much i train and how much cardio i do i never lose more than 1 kg, please help me
I have a 5-6 meal/day diet, based on protein.

and my wife's low-carb died seems to work for her.

As LBM changes so must diet. Head to that section and post out your exact meals broken down into cals and macros, If you are unfamiliar please read the stickies in that section as well they will help guide you.
basing a diet of protien means nothing and probably the problem

ECA and CLEN is bad advice, I suggest looking at nutrition first.

As they said, diet is the key - but you could up the intensity and/or time of your cardio as well.

Today i was at a nutritionist and he gave me a very good diet that i will start tomorrow, can you tell me how much cardio to do/day ?
Now i do about 20 min/day... it will help me to do 30/40 min ?
