Second Cycle
Just finished my second cycle Could you tell me what you think?
I took these pictures myself My mate is coming round next week to take some better pictures.
Height 6 foot
Weight 183 pounds

Well....Its hard to give comments if we don't know what you looked like before your cycles. In all honesty and without intended offense I would say that it doesn't look like your cycles have made much improvement. How much experience did you have before you started juicing? You look more like someone who is natural and has maybe a year of training under there belt. If you truly have done two cycles then I would suggest paying more attention to your training and diet. On another note I would say that you show definite evidence of having worked hard. You have a great base of symmetry and all you really need to is add mass! Granted this guy probably has better than normal genetics however even with shitty genetics you shouldn't be much farther off. That is if your training and diet has been in-line with what it should have been.

I agree your training and diet are not on point if this is how you look after 2 cycles.
You have a great base to start with and have gained some quality muscle, I see. But at 6' and 183, you need to pack on the mass bro.
What were the cycles? What is your diet/training program? Share some info with us and we'll help.

yeah i have to agree, you dont look too shabby. are you sure your gear was real ? are u sure u ate enough food! and what did u do on those cycles ?

Thanks for replying
I would have been bigger but about a month after my first cycle I became ill and lost 21 pound. With the help of this new cycle I managed to gain 28 pound. Hopefully I wont get that again.
The cycle I had was Deca , D-bol, Sus
I do a 5 day split
Monday- Chest
Tuesday- Back
Wed- Shoulders
Thur- Legs
Friday- arms
Sat- off
sun- off
