Turn your knees out more on front and back shots. Squat just a little. Remember the pose starts from the ground and goes up.

Are you holding water? What's your sodium intake like?
When are you going to take the next step?

Ill try that in my next pics. Ty.

Not much sodium at all. I'm still taking creatine and eating red meat twice a day which is probably why I'm holding water.

As for the next step I'm not quite sure lol right now I am taking clen and have t3 on hand. But that's it. Lots to consider to take the plunge lol

Great solid foundation to work with especially since you haven't cycled. You should learn a lot from this show and can apply it to the future. Grow as much as you can naturally before you get on the sauce...something I wish I would have done. You look great and I'll be following this thread...best of luck!

Much appreciated!!! I have my parents to thank for genetics lol minus my fn calves lol

Funny that my quads stand out like they do. I wast able to work them for like 8 months due to patellar tendinitis which has only Been gone completely for a month now. The development u see is strictly curls and extensions lol
I've always thought of them as a weak point for me, granted they need to be larger to make me more proportioned i feel good about future development where as I can squat and other things again.

Again thank you or the kind words. Any things u see that need work besides conditioning? This question is for any one btw.

It's past that point buddy. Your not going to build or gain anything 10 wks out. Now it's about maintaining all you can while cutting the shit out of your bf. showcase what you have got. Any weak point you need to practice posing where you draw attention away from it or learn how to present it where it is an illusion of being better than it is. How much time a day are you practicing your posing? Are you hitting a pose between your sets at the gym?

Remember you're on stage the judges are below you. I would have the elbows slightly higher and roll your shoulders back a little. Leg back with best ham on toes Both knees turned slightly out to show more width than straight.

I've been posing about 4-5 times a week for 10-20 mins depending on fatigue. I'm not posing in between sets. In y head if I pose too much during my workout it will make me more fatigue lessening my ability during training. Only time I 'flex' during my workout is when I do fst-7.

I thought the purpose of working out was to fatigue the muscle to exhaustion and tear the fibers. Your not holding back from one set to the next so you will be able to do a certain amount of reps are you?

No I kill myself every set. Failure each time minus warm ups. But i pretty much always hit my poses pwo to completely fatigue myself.

Say your doing bi's just hit a double bicep pose and hold. Not between every set but some. I promise it will help. Especially during comparison when you are holding and holding and holding. You don't want to start shaking. Plus it sends more blood into the muscle. Just my .02 worth.

    I'm confused now....

I assume you mean that your competing in an untested show.....

If your still of natural status, whatever you do don't take Anyang for this prep that will break that status for you.... That is of corse if you wish to compete as a natural in the future....
