Easily obtainable by eating right. Head to the diet forums . those guys will get you squared away.

    Eat.Eat.Eat.

Everyone thinks they eat enough until they actually calculate the cals.

he wants to ad 15 lbm. His physique is pretty damn awesome looking no matter what he weighs, especially his age. He obviously knows how to eat. Whatever your current diet is, you need to DOUBLE IT. Lean meats, veggies....complex carbs...and intensify your training with heavier sets and some forced reps should do the trick. He is close to 8%-9% guys

Very lean! And you look a bit more than 150 pounds unless your legs are as skinny as mine... lol.

Thanks for the feedback guys! I'm well read with the type of diet and number of calories I should take to gain weight, but for some damn reason I suck at continually taking in the calories day after day. It's harder than the workout itself. I guess that is the difference from success and unsuccessful!

Brazensol If I took a picture of my legs the forum would turn into lets make fun of the skinny guy!

Eating for your goal is a commitment. You have to plan each of the 5-7 meals a day. You have to prepare the 5-7 meals a day. But most importantly you have to EAT the 5-7 meals a day.

ill be 40 in a couple of months and iv spent many years trying to gain weight.im 160lbs at the mo.
i read all the time here about "its easy to get to 200lbs with food alone" and while I admit i had a major operation some years ago that took out a large section of my intestines out i still hit 4/5k+ cals easily a day for many months at a time with virtually no change. fat people say they envy me big muscled guys think i lie about what i eat.
my tip is i eat home made flapjacks after every meal which themselves are 1500/2000 cals, 60/80 pro and 180/240 carbs a day.not the healthiest way but good to get extra calories from solid food and not "shakes".

Holy crapper guys. He is 35 years old and lean and hard. He's eating pretty good from what I see, and of course he could probably eat more, and better.

BUT Guys I see not reason for him to hold back on getting educated and learning the right way to use aas. Most of us are doing aas. Just saying oh bud learn how to eat, eat more you can get there. Bullshit lets point him to getting educated so he has the option.

Ya know WTF ??? Hey I think he wants to know a bit more.
OP there are sticky's about cycling and steroid profiles, and information about Gyno and Gyno prevention. There is info on estrogen control and more. So you need to read up on everything from diet (first) and the how to use aas as safe as possible. We won't spoon feed you because you need to have a good understanding of all the ramifications, good bad and indifferent. ...crazy mike Lets not hide the truth, lets not be hypocrites He prime to get to his goal and more....

I am talking straight to OP...plainflying
