19 yold pics/vids with some potential. Any advices/critiques are appreciated.
Hey all I am 19 years old and I am lifting seriously for about 2 years. I have not tried steroids , have only used creatine and whey. I am looking maybe in the future to experiment with anabolic steroids, what cycle would you recommend me and when? Thanks in advance for your responses.

Bench: 90 kg x 5

Keep working out for another 6 years than you will be ok to cycle. Eat then eat some more.

very nice work Manos, sounds like you have a good head on your shoulders, you asked the right question "when" like the others said educate yourself regarding AAS, train until you're 25 then consider cycling. good luck and keep up the good work.

Do 500mg of test e for 12 weeks since your young you do want to do any dbol (orals) as these have alot of aromatization an exception would be anavar but sourcing this is hard in some places. I also dont recommend you take anything else other than test for your cycle, being that its your first cycle & your young & we want to keepthe side effects to a mininal, test is a hormone that is naturaly made by your body so its well tolerated by most mean with little no to side effects. Have arimdex & nolva on hand for any gyno & nolva for the PCT. I would run a 12-16 week cycle so you do 2 injections of 250mg a week.
Test E 500mg per week.
PCT nolva or clomid.

Manos just keep working hard and keep your nutrition in check you look great for your age!
Do not listen to sosdollar and do a test only cycle!! This is very bad advice and doing even 1 cycle could really mess your system up!!

5000-6000 calories a day if you wanna be a beast. Yeah that's what it takes sucks to hear, costs $$$ and you pretty much have to feel full all day. Muscle only builds in a caloric surplus with or without steroids so if your expecting to jump on a cycle (which I saw your not I'm just stating) and gain mass without eating enough you will not. Eat as much as you can, you cannot add lean muscle without adding fat that's just impossible eat a lot get big strong and fat and then cut. Simple. But hard. Bulking is way harder than cutting because good just gets disgusting after a while.
