    I been shot from the back!

    photo shoot that is! I was waiting for the tea to boil/brew and my wife took a photo without my knowledge. not to brag but I was surprised to see how huge my back is!

    My wife just snapped one of the same of me also, I tried to upload it but couldnt. Only difference I was chowing down on a gallon of Eddy's Reese's peanut butter cup ice cream !! I hear the camera, then she goes "Gotcha !!!"

    thank you Cape! LOL, yea it seems like it takes for ever the last few seconds. when it comes to tea you got to turn the stove off as soon as the water starts to boil otherwise it'll taste terrible.

    My lowest was at about 17%, now I'm at 22 or so due to being busy at work, no time to diet but find time to lift. Now has slowed down a little and back to my regular routine. My goal is 15% and less, then keep going from there. I like to see me at 200 lbs, 10%. This is my ultimate goal.
