    First time posing...critique please

Ok...Ive been a member on here since 2005 and have never posted photo's before...

    Stats:
    47yo
    5'10"
    189lbs
    Body fat measured w/calipers 13.6%

Resumed lifting in February 2013 after taking about 2 years off. Starting weight was 171lbs and 19.2% body fat. I have basically lost 1% bodyfat per month and gained 18lbs. I ran 12 weeks of cyp/masteron and am on week 3 of cyp/tren . Believe it or not I have worked very hard both in the gym and in the kitchen.

I think I look better in person as I don't feel the lighting was doing me much justice. Let me know what you think

138 views and no responses? I know I'm not a hugely ripped bodybuilder but think I've done pretty good since February...

Look at yourself. Look at most other guys your age. You look great. They don't. Keep it up, just be cautious with your AAS.

Do you think mid-13% body fat is accurate? It was calculated using several body caliper measurement and then fed into a calculation that the trainer at my gym uses.

    Guesses?

Great job!! I too will be 47 soon with many cycles under my belt but the big look don't seem important to me these days so I've lowered cals and upped cardio!! 13-14% is where I'm aiming to be in a couple of months before Christmas Not currently on cycle ( recently finished test tren mast cycle ) and look better than I have since my picture ( not the AVI ) which was taken when I was 42 and Sitting at around 15% Hopefully I will reach my goal and post a picture then ............we oldies can still show the young guns a thing or 2 !!

Diet is clean, but I would eat more of them if I could, but that's me because I like size. UP your protein imo, 6 oz of tuna is only about 30 g per meal, so if you eat that 4 times a day that's only 120 you get from your meats, now the rice would net you another 20 probably and maybe 3 or 4 if corn is involved in the veggies.

I would personally take in a scoop pre workout and 2 scoops after workout days. I drink my milk in the morning and "sometimes" after workouts not much. Looking good and lean.

As far on posing goes I think you asks, try to bring your arms up a bit and widen out your shoulder blades when you hit your back double bi's, on your side tricep shot , try to make your long head more visible by letting it flex on your lat giving it a biger wider impression and keep your chest out. Keep practicing posing, you will get better with time. Nice work.

Update...vascularity is really coming in on my forearms both front and back, my lower legs and calves look pumped all day but today when I flex my quads I'm seeing vascularity on the medial lower quad and when I rotate my leg I see the long artery or vein from my upper inner thigh all the way down my calves.

I thought my body fat loss had plateaued but now I'm thinking I'm getting closer to the 12% range. Woo Hoo!!

The lower your BF is the more noticeable small, incremental changes are.

You are looking really good. Honestly look very lean, and to pull off that fat loss while adding weight I'm jealous.
