my very blurry first pic!

i know this is the worst picture but it was kind of difficult to obtain so critique away. (hopefully about something other than the shitty photo quality please)

I am 5'9 and weigh 183lbs. in this pic taken today.
i am currently two weeks into the bulking phase of my cycle which i started at 166lbs. In November of last year i was 126lbs.

i think its better u stop buying anabols and try a new digital camera... haha just kidding..
but the slim-shady looks fine, and nice tatoo

do you workout?????????..............no fucking way you should be touching juice, put the time in and train properly to get a base, you are just going to loose everything when you come off and go in a deep depression because you will be right back where you started

chest looks good but you need to hit the arms A LOT harder

my arms are my weakest part but not as weak as the photo makes them out to be. my lower chest is my best part. you cant tell but i have a little bit of a six pack as well.

i think i have a good base to start with.

i have a real hard time getting my arms to grow. my shoulders tend to grow quickly making my arms look even smaller. so i stopped working out my shoulders for the last two months. the only work they get is secondary besides for the rear delt which i work once a week. im also trying to fill in my upper chest. since november ive eliminated flat bench and switched to incline db presses. but it still seems like my upper chest gets pumped the most from a hammerstrength chest machine
