Good stuff man, looks like your range of motion might be a little short but hey 30 is still great no matter what kind of form you have. Have you tried weighted pullups?

yeah I find that bodyweight don't help me anymore, so I gradually add weight. Keep up the good work.

I struggle with pull-ups. Body weight for ten with strict form is about all I got. So kudos to you bro. Keep up the hard work

Ask yourself this: when u just finished your set where do u feel the work, in your lats or in your biceps? If the answer is b, then try to slow down the pace, go deep, strecht your lats and spray them wide at bottom, then pull up focusing in contracting the lats, dont use your legs to help u pull up, try to touch the bar with your chin and try to keep the contraction for at least one second at top, then start going down spraying your lats wide again. With 8 to 10 with strict form you will notice a big difference next day when u wake up

Inspiring. I reached 20 last year, but my form wasn't as as good as yours. I miss doing wide grip (tendon issues).

Great advice, I will try this. My back needs a lot of work.
