Awkward bumps
I have recently found these zit looking bumps. They don't hurt, they don't go yellow, I have around 25 spread out on my forearms and outer bicep.
I have recently started eating more peanut butter, oatmeal, and potato bread. Could I be having an allergic reaction to one of those foods or is this normal while on cycle.
Currently on test prop @ 150 EOD, pin #15, week #4, and this being my 3rd test only cycle.
Thanks in advance fellas, also if you could let me know what bar of soap you use for body acne that has proven to work for you would be really great info.

Some do and some don't they go from bright red to dark red and just stay there.
I'm 26, don't remind me lol. The picture is of my wrist, I am cursed with small ones.
More little red bumps have appeared now inside bicep heads and also face and chest, also really juicy ones on my delts and upper back. Just started week 5 of test prop, and I love hearing comments about my gains but it really puts me down when they ask if I ate something I'm allergic to when they notice the red dots.
I read on here, and some other sites, that Nizoral shampoo is good for body and facial acne, has been used by males and females. I'm going to buy some on Wednesday.Last edited by RuckusDC5; 11-10-2013 at 09:04 PM.

Dude, I am getting the same exact shit. . . . They are on my outer bicep. They go from the left to the right.
I just pop them and wash as often as possible.

guys you might want to look into NAC, most of these types of bumps appear due to strain on the liver. NAC can help support your liver and reduces these types of bumps. you can get NAC from anywhere, I get mine from ARR, very cheap!

Are you in a hot climate or sit around sweaty? I'd try the Dial soap like Almostgone said. It looks like staph bacteria on the skin to me.

definitely looks like staph. wash it frequently with Hibiclens and see if it clears up.
