    My 1 year transformation

    Hi all. Been following site for long time. I use to train when was 17 to 19 then was put in hospital. ( long story )

    Come out of hospital at 9 stone From 11 and half lot weight to loose lol. Quit training


    Started year ago this month so fort share some photos
