    Reat lat spread pic

    Really need to work on my posing. Not sure what I'm doing different but you can see how much tighter my left side is. Rear delt flexed too. Oh well got plenty of time to work the kinks out. 36" waist btw

    Nice job! That's a lot of hard work!!
    I'm not an expert on posing - but it looks like your left shoulder is lower than your right (in the second picture). I have the same problem, and have to remember to hold one a little higher when I'm hitting the poses.
