Pull ups
Straight bar
EZ bar
Concentration curls
And hammer curls

was this a natural progression....? if so job well done if not then still it takes alota work to change ur physique while on aas or not. the dedication and will still has to be strong enough for one to go and transform from someone average to someone who has the ability to chin up and stick out the time spent for mediocre or phenomenal results. all in all good work man and keep growin!
Natty for a bit... but def used aas....
For me Aas other than recuperating faster and the added aggression it also helps boost motivation for me.. I look at it like this, why put something in your body and not take full advantage of it.. so in that perspective it makes me workout longer and harder.

Dbol 60mg per day for 6wks
Pct clomid nolva
Then I did a 8wk
Prop 100mg ed
tren a 50mg eod
masteron 50mg eod
Pct same
Then I started
Test cyp 400mg a wk
Primo 800mg a wk
Ran out before I could get more 8wks in
pct same
Next run im gonna do
Test E or C 500mg a wk
Primo 800mg a wk
Anavar 60mg ed
Winny to finish it
