Just wanted to post some pics of what I looked like before and after ..... After being that during college I chose to neglect all that I'd worked for and smoked drank etc....till I realized how poor I was looking my progression is far from finished but I was happy with my 6 hard months of diet and training so here's some pics let me know what u guys think ? The goal here for me was not to get huge but to lean out a bit and then come winter time have a fresh start and real beginning to what a clean slow bulk is really the pics I was more lean in was around 4 months ago so now I'm trying to get bigger over winter yet stay lean by eating right and lifting hard !
