1st cycle results

hello,

as i promised, i keep you informed of my progression. at finished a 12 weeks at 250mg of test/w and 25mg of dia for the 4 first weeks.

i'm 3 weeks post cycle and using clenbuterol+ketotifene

20 years old
stats before :
1m80 (around 5'9)
91kg -- 200lbs

21 years old
stats 3 weeks after :
1m80
98.5kg--- 217lbs

i experienced wonderful strengh and muscle quality progess.

i want to enter nationals contest within a couple of year.

i'm currently losing a bit of fat as i plan to do antoher long mass cycle to be at 230lbs and then cut hard for the show (the show is around march 2004)

my main fear is to appear too small on the stage, that's why i keep concentrated on gaining a lot of mass and thickness.

you are looking yoked bro....good work...you have an awesome looking back...you might want to concentrate on you calves a little more...there was only one pic that showed them and they seemed to be lagging a bit...but keep up the hard work

you cant beat test and dbol. outta curiosity what kind of test did you use i did that last fall with cyp and dbol and went from a leaned out 178 to a solid 200lbs. you look great

i'm currently cutting so i lost the bit of water i was holding.

my diet was simple as it has always been (the simplier, the more you're likely to stick to it): a lot of calories (3800-4000kcal) and at least 3g of protein/kg of BW

basic movements ; intense and shorts series....

i used cypionate for this one but i'd like to try ennathate to see if there's really a difference.
