I would do a cut before you bulk, I mean you can maintain for now, but if already at 15% then I would drop the bf a bit before the bulk so you can come out of it at 15% rather than 20% and have a much harder time getting the fat off again.

Cutting on test is he only way I'd go - I eat nearly nothing & have no muscle wasting. My lifts are still going up, it's a trip. I'm at a 800 cal deficit and have been for a bit.
But, I only have been running test for a few weeks - I'm on a high dose of other shit. Just needed a break
10% is a difficult thing to achieve imo. Most people all assume there 15% or 13% and there usually not even close to that. Most say my stomach is flat and I can see upper abs so I'm probably 15. Which sadly is not true. Body fat is measured through out your whole body. The cap hanging from your neck, back, sides, butt, calfs, arms, legs. It measures everywhere. I am reminding cause people seem to forget.
I would recommend a cup also to see if you can diet proper so then in future you can grow from aas cause you are dedicated to eating like you should

Personally I just use digital calipers. Seem accurate enough to me. At least to track fat loss progress.
