18 years old, 1 year progress (first thread/post)
Current age: 18
Current weight: 186,5 pounds
Current height: approx. 6 foot 1
Hi, guys. Since this is my first post/thread, I thought the best way to introduce myself was to show my progress and specs. Recently turned 18 but I started reading your forum not a long time ago and found out a bunch of interesting and useful info. Been training for a little over a year. The first six months I focused on losing weight, even if I was a total noob and just started reading forums and watching youtube channels.
Kinda a transfo pic here (in first pic was about 14 and weighed about 240 pounds and finished at 168 when I was still 17)

After I lost MOST of the fat through training and diet, I ended up being a skinny biatch, 167,5 pounds at almost 6 foot 1 xD.
The next six months I started bulking really hard, getting a hold of it.
I introduced strength-type training to my workouts (squats, deadlifts).
By the end of february I was weighing 207 pounds. Got a little fat again because even though I knew my macros, in my final days I was eating at least 4000 calories a day.
After 6 months of training my legs properly (ATG squats etc.), they just blew up. I mean, I've never been the chicken legs type of guy, but still...
Starting 3 february this year I began my cut, and from 207 pounds I got to 186,5 pounds (current weight).
Recent pics (after starting to cut):
My current goal is to get as lean as possible (dunno, around 8-10 bf) and I'll start bulking for the second time, and I think it will go better because I learned from my mistakes and there's always room for improving. Especially my chest, which still suffers from my past fat life days. And I know most of the guys go and say it's gyno, when in fact the bf % is not low enough. So I'm being patient to see if I manage to get rid of it, but I'm pretty sure it's not gyno so no prob.
I'm looking forward to finding out new things and meeting the community.
I appreciate any feedback, guys.Last edited by KoalaLova; 04-02-2014 at 03:30 AM.

Thanks a lot, guys. I'll keep posting my progress here. I just hope I'll finish this cut soon, I mean, I'm taking my time because I don't want to go on a huge deficit because I would throw some of that 6 month progress progress away. I'm keeping my carbs faily low, though, about 150 grams per day (except my refeed day, when it's more like 500-600). Do you think that I should cut them down completely on my final 2 weeks or so of cutting and than carb load the next week? I know this is more like a contest thing but I was really curious to see the outcome.

Much respect. I hate the people that say they want to be in shape but are not willing to put in the hard work day in and day out to get there. It is obvious you are doing just that. Keep up the good work and in a few more years you could be a beast.

Thanks, man. To be honest, if I wouldn't have liked this so much, it would feel hard and tiring (like the people that feel an obligation to work out and don't actually enjoy it). A lot of people want to get in shape and they only see the outcome but have no idea how to get there or are not willing to do what it takes, like you said. I guess it feels really good reaching your goals after years of work, but I can only assume and keep going for now.

Hi, guys. Checking in with another update. It took a little bit because I got set back with my progress (fat loss) but I'm back on track.
Current weight: 180,1 pounds, so 4 pounds since last post. I'm doing 3-4 days no carbs (only from veggies) then I have a day with a cheat meal.
BTW, I maxed my squat for the first time, and it was on a cut xD. I got a pretty clean ATG 315, maybe could've added some more weight. I've been squatting for only 6 months and the guys I was training with were really surprised.
