it's tough to tell as the lighting is off a bit, you just finished training, and you are pumped up.
personally, I test pre workout with dry skin
Vascular showing in the shoulders and general leanness in your face and mid-section indicate low teens for body fat percentage.
Looking good. Best way to measure is with a deck scan, though, if there's one in your area.
Bf - I say very close to 10% flat
My calipers, did the 3 point jackson and the digitial scan have me at 9%, actually calipers had me at 8%, did a scan 2 weeks ago where they hook up cords to your feet and chest area, pretty much all over and sat there fpr 20 min or so and said I was 9% bf as well, hmmm I dunno lol, oh well just will continue on my cut as I am in a schredder contest as we speak end date is july 25th
So got another month to chop some more

Samson I am a morph, I swear as soon as I jack the cals up I can put on an easy 20 or so lbs in a few weeks time, been depleted for quite sometime but I love to eat, I have no probs in that dept, people look at me like wtf, how can u eat so much when I bulk up lol, trust me bro, as soon as I jack the cals back up ill gain weight quickly, same way is when I cut, started out with a high bf % like 22 to 23% 16 weeks ago and down to this
Ate at maintanence for a week and went from 173 to now 185lbs lol
Highest weight 8 months was pushing 250lbs
I also live in canada so nice weather only comes here for 4 months or so, so why not stay lean in the summer and do the traditional bulk in the winter months![]()

Nothing new tho bro, but once u get really lean, u bulk up , but keep it to minimum fat gain this time u are going to look a lot bigger with lower bf and still bulky then higher bf and big and flabby
What my plan is now, and for now on, never get up high in bf but come the fall months is when I plan on jacking the cals back up and putting on some size, for the meantime I havea contest I comited too and sticking this out another 4 weeks, aftet i will then will just maintain and drop back down to my cruise dose

Fvck - I didn't give a shit. I ran myself into 245 pounds trying to get big. It worked to a point - I gained fat much faster than LBM

My nutritionist has got me on a very good plan, feeling good on a good deficit, but also allows me to splurge on sundays lol iifym style on sundays only, but now I have one cheat meal wed ( fits my macros), and splurge on sundays

In my eyes your dieting all wrong and wasting valuable muscle tissue away. Not sure what you looked like previous to this cut but dieting to hard and wasting tissue away is what 90% of guys do. There's going to be nothing left if you carry on. Don't be in that vicious circle of building tissue then wasting it away by stupid harsh diets.
Thats bro science man, people think its so easy to loose hard earned muscle, doing a cycle then coming off I can see u loosing some valuable muscle u earned, but cruising and blasting nomatter on a cut I cant see u loosing to much muscle nomatter how long u are in a deficit as long as u manipulate cheats or refeeds and or maintanence cals or above for a few weeks to upregulate a lot of thing incl your thyroid from dieting like I stated
Like I said if it wasnt for this contest I would probably be eating at maintanence and or 300 cals above, but the contest gave me more drive to strive to win so why not suck it in for another month, diet hard, then consider doing a full recomp, dropping back down to my cruise dose for2 to 3 months then bulk in the fall, makes more sense
