    Get a haircut, hippy! But the back looks great - jealous here. Low bodyfat and obviously put a lot of work into it.

    Good details and excellent shape, you need to work on the width of the lats and also the lower back area, it kind of disappears. The width will create a smaller waist and if you build thickness in the lower lumber parts you will have something special

    Thank you for the advice. Im doing a lot of close grip stuff for my lower back. Is that correct?

    This ^^. Get moving with some deads (full or just below knees Yates style) T-Bars, Bent over rows, etc. Heavy compounds will activate the most muscle fiber and thicken you up.
